Hello fs friends My hands have been too bad to type on the phone
I've done 26, 22 and 19 hr fasts over the last 3 days
Ate some pizza but mainly had the toppings. And avoided the garlic bread , yay! still struggling with cooking, but mainly avoiding carbs👍
Was gonna try for longer fasts this week but just not well enough
Ultrasound tomorrow , then the medics can draw up a plan for my treatment 😁
Payday tomorrow, so we've eaten all the freezer foods so I can do a big food shop tomorrow.. have the list written out already
Waiting for my daughter who is in the hairdressers having a bit of a makeover.. she's really excited ( it's the first part of her Christmas pressie ), I can't wait to see the results 😍
.. and EVERYONE loved the boots.. my sis bought me a cobalt blue jacket for my birthday aswell ❤️
