Up 2 pounds! I DID NOT fall off the bandwagon, I just took along foods I really should not be eating. White flour, sugar, goodies....not so good. I have been pretty faithful to exercise and stress control, but what is more upsetting than weight gain is BODY PAIN. So after feeling good for so long, why would I trade that for crappy food? Back on plan. My husband's left knee replacement went as well as the right. His recovery is a tad slower but he is taking an extra week off to recover . I had to deal with a lot of snow removal due to a very early heavy snowfall over the course of two or three days. Our neighbor plowed our long, long driveway and that was a blessing. Good luck to everyone out there with the holidays approaching. Eating is such a pleasure, but it can cause many of us angst as well. Find what works for you and keep the faith! Have a great day!

I'm glad you got the snow taken care of by your neighbor and hope your Hubby heals well soon. You are so right, eating is a pleasure. I'm still seeking to tweak a sustainable diet...
