I've had some real trouble getting a routine now that I'm retired. I don't actually HAVE to do anything. I know I need to buckle down and get more motivated if I want to reach my goal. It's just little things need to be done around the house or someone stops by "now that I'm home" and the day seems to fly. Funny how the day was slow at work and now they seem to be over before I notice. I used to also look forward to Fridays, now that everyday is like Saturday, I hardly know what day it is. If you asked me what I did this week I'd just have to scratch my head. I probably won't exercise today either, cause I'm looking around at a lot of stuff in my office and am getting the urge to purge! My hubby always cringes when I get that urge. LOL He likes his stuff a lot. When I was a kid, my brother gave me a keyboard (which I still have). All my life I had wanted to play the piano, so this week, I bought a book and am starting to learn how to read music/play. I look forward to my next lesson, why can't it be that way with me and exercise????
