Didn't manage 20 hr fast yesterday, but managed 18 hrs Signed off until next Tuesday, i.e. Go back on Wednesday 😁 Plan 1) back on ACV and magnesium 2) continue to reduce pain meds😁 3) be as active as I can today 4) start EF by the time I possibly have steroids tomorrow
So, concentrating on meds, supplements and continued recovery today
Will probably not reach my goal by my birthday. But am going to really apply myself for the next month to see what I can achieve #determined
