It's been a while since I have logged into FS. Things are still going in the right direction and it sure feels nice! My total loss is now at 21 lbs and I can certainly see the difference in how I look. I was worried that not logging my food every day would make it too easy for me to go overboard and start making bad choices again but I have done well.
Onward!

Congratulations on your loss! Keep up the great work.. I would suggest to keep logging. Why? you might be tempted for some "treat"-- and you go overboard without thinking anything bout it. By logging your intake , will make you think twice about what you eat.. and well might make you feel guilty. I lost a lot of weight before, using this site, and I stopped logging and coming on to this site. I thought to myself that I could handle it on my own.. Well 60+ lbs increase later, and heart problems.. I was wrong.. no pun intended.. dead wrong.. Well that is my two cents worth.. but that congratulations is heart felt..keep up the great work
