Broke my fast yesterday morning Ate at breakfast and lunch til I was full Can't believe my Cals total lol, bang on, you couldn't make it up🤣
Will eat this morning when we get to the uni, but fasting seems to be the way fir me to get results! Down 9.4 lbs since Monday 😁😁 At university open day today, so won't have much chance to read any other journals or posts, so apols if I don't comment on your progress!
