lost a pound this week, ok by me. I have found out what I can eat and what I have to not even start eating. Hope next week will see a bigger loss!

We all have our weaknesses! Fortunately, with WW there are ways to incorporate our favorites and/or make them more POINT friendly. Finding a low cal version of your favorite food that still satisfies your craving is like hitting the jackpot! Keep it up. You are doing great!

A pound is indeed a pound... cumulatively they soon add up to big loses. So well done and keep up the great work. ;o)
