Just wanted to do an update. So I weighted myself on Friday 82.9kg then ate. Went back to fasting for 1.5 days till Sunday afternoon. Started eating a lot on Sunday. Chinese dumplings, shrimps, alcohol, Brazilian all-you-can-eat barbecue, peri-peri chicken, pizza, kebab. Finished on Tuesday. Started fasting Wednesday again and want to wait till Saturday and check the weight. I'm hoping it to be lower than 82kg... Let's see how this little experiment turns out.
82.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 19.1 kg.    남은양: 5.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
