Not bad 2 airport runs Met relatives for tea and went to my mums Avoided all the wedding cake and pastries.. had a trusty pack of almonds from the car Sneaked a piece of garlic bread after avoiding the pasta.. this is what happens when I'm tired 😊 Logged everything Feel better after sleeping eleven hours straight, but now all my meds are out of kilter and I've had a surprise visit from Mother Nature, so definitely holding plenty of water!
Have reset my target weight of 150lbs.. will aim to do it by my birthday in November, but experience ( and Doobs and Phooka) tell me that it will happen at its own pace😘 I've tried to update my bio, but unsure how to add photos , any ideas?? The sun is shining, looking forward to a lazy day Have a happy Sunday fs friends 😎😎
