Forgot about the carbs in the veggies with my roast.. was feeling quite smug about my carbs total til I added them 🤔
Fasting since 7pm last nite.. gonna do at least until 24 hours, but hopefully til weds

Veg are my carbs downfall, too! All the best on the fast. I love ACV in sparkling water.

If you get hungry - drink water - if it doesn't go away after 10 minutes then eat some fat - olives are good - or some people can eat butter straight.
