My official weigh-in day, and no change since yesterday, which means I've finally broken through the 3 stone barrier and can book my next beauty treat - hurrah! This time I'm going to book a facial, because my skin is not liking all this horrid weather!

I'm also down another BMI point to 29, so one step closer to reaching a "normal" weight.

I know it's a little way off yet, but getting to my next mini goal has got me thinking about maintenance. I'm thinking I need to have ongoing beauty treats to keep myself motivated. Perhaps one each month, provided I'm still within 5 lbs on my goal weight? Does anyone know what your diet counts as maintaining?

Anyway, just seen this week's Ride 'Em Challenge result, and my team won, which is great news! Congrats to Lotus on winning!!

Hope everyone has a great week. I'm not going to be leaving any meal decisions to hubby this week, after last week's pizza dabacle, and I will try to do some exercise!
