Delighted that's it's finally showing on the scales!
Realised as I got undressed last night that I no longer have an overhanging belly apron when I'm standing up !! # nonscale victory
So, I'll be realistic but determined and not reset my target weight yet ( I said I'd re-evaluate with a month to go,but have finally, finally started to drop😀😀)
Plan for today
ACV Fast for as long as I can( take nuts to work) No cheese Lots of water Only 3 cups of tea Record EVERYTHING
