Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Getting ready for another hot week at work. Going stay in the 90's. Last week moved to the big water bottle (1\2) gallon size. That pavement makes it feel even hotter. Still making sure I get some extra steps ( above my daily 8000). Think I'm getting addicted to Kale Greens they make an awesome smoothie.
