You got a gym in the middle of your living room. Just push back the coffee table and look up some good body weight exercise on YouTube. You can find HIIT exercises or entire routines you can do along with the videos. NO MORE EXCUSES! Now drop and give me twenty. lol

Nice one TL. Yup I would say just make room and do body exercises. Currently I'm away from home and I brought with me a medicine balll, yoga mat, 2 5lb dumbbells and 1 resistance band .
The only exception is there is a gym here but I have to walk at least 1 mile there 1 mIle back in this Virginia weather. Keeps changing all the time hot then it rains next thing it's humid.
But regardless I still get in my exercises in for the day.

I have become accustomed to doing all of my exercises in our living room. Can't beat doing them when you want, without someone trying to talk to you. I used to do the Gym but, I decided that I usually ended up talking, more than exercising so, I quit. Now my living room is my gym, and I can do all I used to do and even more. Because no one talks to me, while I am focusing on doing them all correctly.

I have a stationary bike, flat weight bench, dumb bells, Stretch bands. Just gotta start using them. Rode the stationary bike today, and walked a mile on the waterfront in Washington, NC. Tough, but I gotta get back in shape.

What ever you decide to do, as NIKE said over 20 years ago, Just do it. Do it until it becomes automatic.
