This is turning out to be a pretty good week. Even with a holiday and a singular crap day at work, I've stuck with my eating plan. When I start thinking about a food I can't eat because of my current restrictions, I've been pretty good about finding a way to have some version of it. Buffalo wings have been on my mind since yesterday. I think this weekend I'll make a stuffed baked potato version with lean ground turkey breast, chopped celery, Frank's red hot sauce and some ranch seasoned low-fat sour cream. It won't be the same as the wings, but it won't make me sick, either, and I think it will hit enough of the flavors to satisfy me.
Down another half pound this morning, and I'm happy about that. My overall goal is to lose 7 pounds this month, and so far I am down 2 total. At this rate I'd lose a little more than 7, which would be alright too. I hope everyone has a great day today!
