50 days to go (OMG!!)
16.9lbs to go
21 g net carbs yesterday

So, I virtually managed to get to 20g net carbs
Recording everything kept me on track

We had a BBQ at work yesterday and I only had salad and chicken breast.. managed to avoid burgers, ketchup, sausages , buns and jollof rice. Then went back to the office and avoided the lemon cupcakes and the fresh brown loaf next to the toaster 😁

Been awake since 230 with back pain and thinking about my meeting on Monday .taken migraine meds (migraine due to coedine) but not eaten. Feel really nauseous but gonna try to stick to 20g net carbs if I can - NO EXCUSES

Gonna rest on the sofa for an hour before it's time to get up for work

Feeling determined😁

Edit: went back to sleep for 2 hours .. woohoo , up and ready to face the day !!

Great result, Poppy! Congrats on being so strong round the carbs. Sorry about the back pain. Hope it feels better after the meds and your two extra hours kip 🙂

Try a piece of cheese with the meds instead of carbs, that works for me sometimes. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks Doobrie, Jocko and adpully. Smprowett.. thanks for the tip It doesn't seem to work for me on the morning, but I it really helps in the evening if I am breaking a 16/19/20/24 hr fast .😁
