Yesterday, 208.5, today, 210, when I had fewer than 1300 calories yesterday. I know that sleep plays an important role in digestion/metabolism/weight loss ,and I am not sleeping well right now, but still...kind of discouraging. It might also be my scale...

Weight gain can be due to many reasons but probably due to drinking liquids if it changes alot in a day. Try drinking more water less soda pop and of course move. Portion control and use of FS calorie counter works to show you your intake over time as well as weight gain/loss. Take a walk a couple of times even if it is around the office. If you find that your sleep is still a problem you may want to see a doctor. There are many types of sleep disorders such as apnea. Anyone can have it. I hope you do not...try exercise first. Good luck!

Thanks! The difficulty sleeping is pain-related...and my appointment w/the doctuor is mid-June. I drink 64 oz. plus of water per day, and the soda I had today was the first one in months, but I agree with all your suggestions! Mostly, I was just having a grumpy morning. :)

Or try, to don't weight yourself every day , or if you do it don't get mad, the same happens with me, my right weight appears normally once a week

I agree, Keilin-4. I have been watching the scale far more than I ought to. It was a brutal week at work, and that left me a bit cranky. I think I just need an attitude adjustment and some perspective. I mean...I'm down nearly ten pounds total, and I'm doing what I committed to - it will happen! Thanks for your comment. :)
