Up 0.9 lbs.. the small portion of apple strudel wasn't worth it, even tho I was nearly inside the 20g net carbs..
Ooh ... that smell of cinnamon was lovely.. now I realise that tho my capabilities are limited by my disability, I'm quite a good cook.. but of inappropriate choices .. still gotta work on that 😉

Sitting on my backside at work today.. in meetings, training and driving .. good job I was active yesterday !😁

Got my eldest daughter's room clean and tidy, let's just say it's a different room.. she has asthma and tho it wasn't that bad, the dust and pollen weren't helping ! Proper 3 black bags clearout

Aiming for 20g net carbs ( again) today

Why don't you just cook/roast apples with cinnamon. Same pleasure and a lot less carb than a strudel :)

Doobrie.. it was definitely a joint effort!! U just haven't been able to get upstairs properly for the last 2 weeks to supervise😉 Schmetterlinge34.. that's a great idea.. thank u 👍😁

poppycom, don't beat yourself up over a .9 gain...the body can fluctuate up to 5 lbs even when we stick to program perfectly and it is so frustrating. You are doing great!
