Went up 3lbs, I am not sure if this is just because i weighed in during the evening or if i actually put some back on, either way it's disappointing.

Evening weight will be your heaviest, what with all the food and drink you've consumed all day.

My doctor told me to weigh at the same time. I only weigh on Sundays, I know some people weigh themselves every day or 2 times a month etc...But My doc said, whenever you weigh yourself, the best thing to do is In the morning, when you first wake up, go straight to the bathroom, use it first, then strip down and then step on the scale. Do that every time you weigh, no matter how often and it will give you a more accurate reading of your gains and losses. Hope this helps you! 😊

Nothing will kill your motivation more than stepping on the scale everyday, or too often to see "real" results! Being a 44 year old male, who has lost more than 60 pounds in the last 11 months, I weighed no more than once a week, usually on the same day of the week, and always in the AM on an empty stomach. Every time I logged it in my Fitbit app to keep a record of my progress, both up/down. Now, it's once every two weeks or less and I'm maintaining my weight, but still loosing fat, and inches in those hard to eliminate places (gut, butt and lower back for guys). I see you've missed the "gym" quite a few times in your journey. That's ok! Get in a quiet place in your home (or outside) and do your basics: push ups, leg raises, lunges, etc. You know this. Body weight exercises will keep you fit, and if nothing else, keep doubt and condemnation of self out of your head! And remember, it's 80% food and 20% activity anyway. So push through and stay positive! It's a lifestyle worth living and nothing worth anything comes "easy". and -SE
