I am eating correctly but the weight is not moving. But my clothes fitting much better. Put on a pants that was too tight and I am comfortable wearing it.

Today I had a shake could not eat another egg. Please someone can you give me smoothie that is low carb

But I am encouraged even though the weight is stuck

Good morning Amills, Have you taken measurements? If not I highly recommend this. While you might not be losing lbs, you might be losing inches. The only way to know would be to compare them.

Amills, I browsed over your food log. I think there are a few things that are preventing you from losing the weight. If you are on Atkins -induction phase you really don't want to go over 20 carbs (total or net is your preference). Also, your calories are too low. You should aim for 1500-1800 calories w/ no more than 20 carbs (either way). Make sure you are drinking enough water depending on your weight (94 oz). I didn't look, but if you eat the Atkins bars you should stop. Many people cannot lose if they eat these. Best of luck. Keli
