Well - vacation is over! Back to the grind, both in life AND in food!! I said I wasn't going to go crazy while away with eating but I went into true "vacation" mode, didn't think about making healthy choices, but it was my decision to do that so I am not upset over the gain. Just glad it's not more than 4lb!! Back to healthy decisions and drinking plenty of water!
