I hope that everyone had a very Merry Christmas. I was a bit of a naughty girl during the holidays & fell off the diet wagon...But that being said I only gained one pound. I tried to stick as closely as possible to my diet, but with all the goodies during the holidays it wasn't always easy.
Now it is a new year & time to get back on track with my diet & no more being naughty.
I'd like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year with lots of success on their respective diets...May the pounds fly off!
