103 days to go
Weight down 1.2 lbs 🎉🎉🎉😁😁
And yesterday I was poorly and did virtually no activity
And ate a chocolate mini roll ( not as enjoyable as I'd hoped)
And ate some crackers
And ate a white muffin
(OH was in charge of food as I was too unwell to do it myself)
At least fir dinner, I had 2 sausages and peas, while I cooked toad in the hole and mash for the rest of the family.

Maybe I've lost weight as I did something different? .....back on plan today

Headache finally going, but cellulitis is worse as I had steroid injection on Thursday

So I'll still take it easy when I feel rough today, but feeling more positive as back on 16:8 today

Have a good weekend, try and rest up - if that's good for cellulitis - or do what is.

Bless your heart sweetie I have had cellulitis many times (they usually put me in the hospital for intravenous antibiotics because I am diabetic) I know it is painful and you are in my prayers. Get well soon and *HUGS*
