I've been in Paris for two weeks. It's good to be back home. Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to everyone and their loved ones.
Diet wise . . . I haven't exactly followed it. It's REALLY hard when traveling, especially to a country such as France. It's either junkish food, or pasteries wherever you look. But, I'm rather proud of myself. It could have been much, much worse. I didn't overeat. I choose sensible foods. I did, however eat some pastry (which I'm not allowed) and a few other taboo's. But, as I said, it could have been much worse.
Exercise wise, I didn't work out, but we walked A LOT. And that sure made up for what I didn't get in in the way of a real workout.
All in all, I had a good time, and I didn't pick up weight. So I guess I'm relatively happy.
Now to get back to the grindstone. . . .
