One week of eating healthy food knocked two pounds off! YES! Haven't worked out...rather weak and sick due to a nasty head cold/cough etc. But food choices are whole food and less of it!
My mother-in-law turned 96 yesterday and of course there was cake. I tried a sliver and it tasted way too sweet and I scraped it into the garbage. She also requested deli fried chicken with all the fatty fixins! Normally, this is one of my favorite meals....but after eating beans, brown rice lean protein, fruits and vegetables and plant based protein drinks all week...I was NOT impressed! I have not eaten bread or dairy except for a splash of milk in my coffee...Feeling pretty good except for the "cold"...
Good luck Buddies, this is where it gets hard, I start to make a glimmer of progress and think it's gonna be this easy and the weigh ins will be this good on a weekly basis....There will be ups and downs...there will be temptations. Right now, may the force of WILLPOWER be with us all! Have a great day!

Nice job - once I dropped dairy and all grains, I dropped weight. I use almond milk, almond flour and soy cheese now and feel good.

I screwed up my weigh in...I was at 181 and now am 179...but the thing at the top did not reflect the loss. I think I was in my challenge screen when I did the recording...Oh well, I know it's down...
