I am really happy with my weight in. Although I was really hoping to be in the 160's this week it did not happen but I am sure I will see it sometime in the next week and thats exciting too. I have been working hard for the last month and it feels great. My goals for the next few months are as followed.
1.Pick it up a notch and start going to the gym 6 days a week instead of 3. right after the New Year.
2.Eat less carbs and more protien while sticking to the points religiosly.
77.1 kg 지금까지 감소한: 11.3 kg.    남은양: 20.4 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Wow - you have set some serious goals for the holidays. I can see how determined you are right now! Ride this wave of positive thinking and your chart is going to sink right down to your goal weight before you know it! Way to go!

You are doing so well, and your attitude is brilliant. I think a 2lb loss is great though - especially as its only in 5 days! Keep up the great work - and thanks for your support too!
