Another good day yesterday - full of the zeal of the first week! Let's see how long this holds up. I know the weight loss will even off so now the trick will be to try and keep my own enthusiasm firing on all cylinders! Well I have the incentive of fatsecret now. This is why I'm glad for this site. Without having started this diet for all to see I could very easily say "Ah the heck with it" after a few days and go back to enthusiastic over-eating.
