Woke up to more snow 3-4 inches, maybe more. It's the fluffy kind, but slippery and tricky no less! TEN days til Christmas and I have so much undone! Between caring for the old folks and helping with grand kids and winter emergencies, it's been busy. I will have a nice chunk of time this weekend to pull most of it together and I feel calm about it....THAT is a BONUS!
I have been logging my food but no real workouts to record...I haven't been tempted by all the holiday "must haves" because honestly I don't really crave anything... and everything in moderation is working for me. I used to envy my mother who could have a chip and dip and stop or a cookie and stop...Is there a magic age where craving stops? Does comfort come from within? Is it hormonal? Why do some of us have triggers? Anyway, didn't mean to get "heavy" but I feel for all of us who have trouble with food or certain foods, because it has been a mystery for me for most of my life!!!
