Had my kids & grandkids, brother & other family members over Saturday for an afternoon of family time. I slow cooked some ribs, my wife made some country slaw. I got her to make some old fashioned Southern Hoe Cakes. Knew I shouldn't eat them but it had been years since I had one. Also had fried sweet potato's. But I ate only a small amount of all. Where I went way off my plan was my daughter brought cheesecake, ice cream, truffles, etc. She said eat some, it's family day. Well I did. Really enjoyed the food & family. But I gained 3 pounds that day. I've lost a pound of it & am back on my lifestyle eating again. Have a great day all you great people here at Fatsecret.
