Whohoo! 15 pounds total. Half way to goal. This site has made it possible, as the kind words from others, and reading others journals and posts, has helped me along this path.
I am back home. Arrived yesterday evening, and was able to go to my own gym to work out. Felt good to be on equipment I know and trust. Husband went with me, although as his knee is still painful, he did weights only. When we got home from the gym, youngest daughter and her boyfriend had made dinner. And next oldest cleaned the kitchen after. A lovely evening...
