I was up at 3:30am this morning to take some friends to the airport so the slightly higher weigh-in is not that much of a surprise. Overall doing well. The crowds had thinned out a bit at the gym this morning and I got a good workout. My wife and I got together with friends last night for dinner – and will probably go out again on Saturday night for Chinese Hot Pot. Looking forward to the weekend.
