Decent day yesterday. Felt great about going to the gym and ate well throughout the day. Hate that I didn't have dinner ready as soon as I got home so I ended up starving and ate more than I wanted by the time dinner was actually ready. Also had two cocktails. Felt zero buzz from them so will consier it completely empty calories and a waste.

Good news is that I hopped and the scale this morning just for fun and it indicates I've lost a few. Way to soon for real loss to pccur but still feels good to see the number coming down.

Today: need to drink lots of water and snack on fruit. No diet cokes. I really don't miss them until the afternoon. Concerned about making healthy choices for dinner tonight with all the kids that will be at the house. If there's pizza in the vicinity i'm in trouble.
