so scales the same 3rd day in a row. must say feeling a little disappointed. did over 30 000 steps yesterday. are well.
must keep motivation up today. it's another Saturday, which is always a challenge. Having exercise day off. Feel sore all over.
I know I can do this. going to take one our at a time.
tomorrow morning I will feel great
