been a little neglectful on here lately, mainly due to too many hours at work, my bank balance has lost more weight than I have and I need to sort this out pdq, so will be coming on as much as I can but not as much as I want! my weight has suffered a little, but that is mainly lack of fluids, again to be sorted PDQ.
