Yikes!! I purposefully went off the diet from Friday until Sunday night and ate a lot of the stuff I'm not supposed to. When I started the diet back in early Oct I made a deal with my wife that the diet would not apply on the weekend of the 26th - 28th due to some existing plans to have a net party with a group of my friends. Haha, I guess I got what I deserved as a result. I'm back on the diet now.
131.1 kg 지금까지 감소한: 2.3 kg.    남은양: 13.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.
주 6.4 kg 증가하기

You will be surprised how much of that is water weight and how quickly it will come off. Take it from a habitual weekend cheater. My husband usually takes the weekends off from the diet, gains a few and by Tuesday it is gone. Keep your head up. You are doing great.
