Went on GM Diet for 7 days. Lost 8 pounds. The bump I was looking for. Probably will gain 2 or 3 lbs back in next couple days now that I've returned to LC/ Keto / Paleo. But that usually happens after I get off a strict diet. Back to my lifestyle eating now. Now & then I need something to get me out of a stall. Good luck to all.
