I've been doing well the last week. I got some kind of shot in my shoulder from the Arthritis doctor & it has relieved the pain quite a bit. Can even get down on my knees to finish restoring my front deck/porch. ( Early morning, late afternoon, because of the heat. Been the hottest summer here I can remember in a long time. )I feel better than I have in awhile. Good luck to all my Fatsecret Friends & everyone here.

Yes, it does feel good to be without much pain. Still have a little, but not what I had grown used to. I was able to sit & stand in church this morning, and pay more attention to the message, than just trying to get thru it with all the pain previously fell in my upper back & neck. I am blessed.
