Down another pound. I'll likely stall again soon, but have tried many different ways to break the stalls & nothing works. So I'll just continue on my own & if it comes to losing a pound a month, for me, I suppose that's the way my body's made. I'll take what I get & be satisfied. I feel good about it. Would like to lose faster, but who wouldn't? Good luck to you all that support me.
