Welllll.... I TRY to remember what it was like when I needed the encouragement and wisdom of a grouop....even if I rarely listened, lol

I willtry AGAIN to get back on and post a weeks worth of eating habits, just so people can see that if you pick things you LIKE you can eat them all week, it's just managing to throw in the proper carb count.

Personally, I think my MAINTENANCE carb couny is well under 30. Some days I'm eating 12 and other days I'm sure I pushed that 30 limit easily. Truth is, we like to eat out a lot, and some restaurants are just more forth-coming with nutrition information, which makes it a lot easier to keep up.

And.......note to self, today is the lowest weigh in ever. Personally, I just think I'm dehydrated and it's just tooo dang hot to eat.
