Holding steady at 149 for several weeks now...I feel good that my weight isn't fluctuating as much as it was.
67.6 kg 지금까지 감소한: 5.0 kg.    남은양: 4.1 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Look at your past week/2 of food, if you've kept a diary or try to recall what foods you've been introducing that aren't phase 1 appropriate and try cutting back on some. It may be that your body won't tolerate some of the "allowed" foods. Steady is better than gaining, so keep up the great work!! Maybe add in a little walking, when you can, too. :) Good luck!

Sounds like you've got it sorted... I have come to realise that my exercise regime is too "gentle", ie not much aerobic content, so I started using my stepper only very occasionally mind you, but it seemed to have paid off! Glad to hear its steady.
