I might have lost some water weight, the whole ketosis thing w/the stix can't be entirely accurate - but I'm hopeful for good trace amounts for the next month...
I just love being able to eat mayonnaise with eggs again freely...and avocado for breakfast is to die for!

Oh, yeah - I'd much rather give up sweet and starchy foods than give up fats. Most of the starchy foods aren't very tasty without fats anyway.
