FINALLY!

Finally I am seeing results! I feel so ecstatic, proud and humble.

I feel like i can really do this!

My company has a ca'brewing trip at the end of July. Last year I was too embarrassed of my body to even get in the water... and when I saw the group photo it was a huge wake up call. I was at my largest, 172 lb, and miserable.

I am going to keep working my hardest to take a better picture this year, and to feel comfortable enough to take a swim. ;^D

Great loss!! And regardless of how much you lose, you should still give yourself permission to enjoy a swim. Life's too short to watch on the sidelines
