I'm getting close to my goal weight, and getting a lot of stall & up's & downs. I can go a week, eat perfect, no cheat & lose very little, or nothing. Went to church last night, ate a small brownie, maybe 1 1/2 oz & gained a lb this morning. I've seen where people get within 5 to 10 lbs of their ideal wt, and have this problem. I think I need to get more exercise. My main exercise is walking, but I think I live in the rain capitol of the the Southeast. I do ride my stationary bike daily. Do barbell exercise's every other day. I will continue my lifestyle & may see 195 before long. Either way I feel better than I have in a long time. Best wishes to all here at Fatsecret.
