i have not lost a single gram since sunday, i know i must start to get used to it, because losing weight will go with ups and downs, and will slow down the more you have lost... but... still ... its not motivating!
i have decided that if i am finished losing weight (around 65 kilo's) I want to weigh myself in only once a week, so i designed a scedule for myselve where i get used to weighing-in less and less... for now i am allowed to weigh-in daily. but after i hit a hundred kilo's i can only weigh-in myselve once every other day.
