Nov 21 2011 : Have reached a plateau and mental block this weekend . Since August 9th have lost 14.7kg ( 32.5 lb) but that is only 24% of where I need to be. A re- energised work-out plan for this week will hopefully get me back on track but the real problem is nutrition. I had an awesome 7 weeks at the start but have since struggled .... need a good 1600 calorie, Low Carb diet that includes good lunch and mid morning and mid afternoon snacks to keep my metabolism fired up......
