I will take this steady weight this week. Next time I go to Olive Garden with girlfriends I will have the soup/salad/breadsticks; that meal may have been exactly what killed my loss this week. This week will be a challenge for sure. Thanksgiving is always a tough one to not overeat and partake in dishes that are not low-fat. Will eat sensibly leading up to Thursday and push the water to the greatest extent my bladder can handle.
