Well I've gained 4 pounds in about 8 days. The main reasons why was my wife & I were given a huge birthday party ( our BD's just a few days apart ) attended by family & friends. Great food, cake, ice cream, and alcohol. I very seldom ever drink, but I did partake in some beer. I lost my will power, & thought today I'll eat what I want. I did. Next day, I started off good, but ice cream was left, I'm actually addicted to ice cream so never buy it. I ate what was left as well as leftover food. The following day was our Anniversary. Went out to eat & ate way too much. Did not weigh at all these cheat days. Weighed today & was surprised I only gained 4 pounds. The good news is I'm back on my lifestyle, so wish me well, as I do to all here on Fat Secret.
