I keep saying I'm going to get better. I'm losing weight (except for this last week); but I'm not doing everything I should.
I'm not exercising. I'm not eating as much as I should, and I'm not drinking water.
This has been a hard month, I'll just chalk it up as a stressful time and try to keep it going.
WOW! So I haven't recorded here since 10/21. I have been keeping track on my phone though, so when I entered all the past weight history I just saw that last week I went into the ORANGE on my ticker! But because I gained this week I am back in the red.
That is real motivation! I am so close to the orange! I have never been in the orange! That's it I'm getting up right now. I'm going to exercise and eat breakfast.
I'm so excited!!!!!
