Good Morning! Heading out shortly for a walk and reaping those benefits. I feel so much better. I sometimes just stroll, but I am out there...moving...and that is what is important. I enjoy the leisurely pace. Gives my mind time to breathe...everyday is filled with deadlines and commitments...this is my "me" time...
Reading more on the importance of strength training as we age. How true, as I see the decline in my father's ability to do even simple tasks.
