I didn't do well at my TOPS weigh-in gained 1lb. Made up my mind will eat less snacks with healthier choices. I love ice cream; will try to eat it only once or twice a week. It's going to be hard staying away from chips too, but I have too.

I was going to have ice cream today but after googling baskin Robbins nutrition I said forget it. If u do the chips count them out then maybe that'll help u nix them. Stay strong u got this.

Chips and Ice cream got me too....I just had to stop buying them. Look up the diet doctor from sweden see if you want to try what he does.

dietdoctor.com is a low carb diet. There are some wonderful and informative videos. Low carb is a pretty easy way of life. I have been doing it since August.
